The project called for the maximization of density whilst creating a green / communal atmosphere to the project. We aimed to achieve this by having social zones on each floor, green roof garden on the middle floor with skylights bringing in light in to courtyards within the apartments

We also included economic cycle systems within the complex as well as lines and levels of privacy by adapting the concept of a porch to an apartment typology.
